Founded in 1996, Springs Rescue Mission (SRM) in Colorado Springs, CO, is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives by providing life-changing services and a safe environment for those in need. SRM offers a holistic, person-first approach focusing on three pillars: housing, health, and work. Their comprehensive campus includes emergency shelters, a resource center, a dining hall, and programs aimed at helping individuals overcome homelessness, poverty, and addiction.

As SRM expanded its services and facilities, the organization faced increasing demands on its IT infrastructure. Managing a growing campus with diverse technological needs, ranging from network connectivity to security systems to reliable end-user support that required a reliable and responsive IT partner. Objectives:

Create a robust and scalable network infrastructure across the entire rescue mission campus

Establish a partnership to implement several important IT projects, resulting in a new emergency alert system, updated email signatures, and digital signage throughout the rescue mission campus

Enhance security features to protect sensitive data and physical assets through CaaS
