APESF Scholarship CRM
APESF needed a purpose-built system to track scholarships with accuracy and accountability. Off-the-shelf options did not fit. We built them a custom CRM designed around their exact workflow (and nothing they did not need).
CORE (Internal — Rooted Software)
We use what we build. CORE is our own internal platform, starting as an IT ticketing system and expanding into project management, time tracking, and invoicing. It is a live example of what happens when AI-assisted development is paired with intentional architecture.
