We also love to partner with a staff member or volunteer on-site, training them ahead of time on basic troubleshooting (like resetting your internet connection) and exactly how to reach our team quickly when something needs us.

  • Yes, and it is included in every plan at no additional cost. We set up internet and content filtering across your network to help keep browsing safe and appropriate for staff, kids, and guests, and we pair it with optional security awareness training so your team learns to spot phishing and online threats.

  • Yes. We support the devices and kiosks that power check-in, and Rooted also offers dedicated Planning Center consulting and setup as a separate service.

  • We deploy advanced antivirus and endpoint detection and response, manage security patches, and can add data backup (Acronis) and staff security awareness training. Protecting your staff and donor data is a core part of every plan.

  • After a short discovery call, onboarding typically begins right away. We document your current setup, configure accounts and security, validate system health, and establish your support process so the transition is smooth.

  • Hardware purchases, custom software development, large-scale data migrations, and a few specialized services fall outside the essentials plan, though Rooted can provide them under a separate agreement. We will always be clear about what is and is not covered before you sign. We have additional plans with more services included if requested, such as a guaranteed SLA.
