Our Service Desk is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm Central Time, and we provide emergency support outside of business hours, including Sundays. Our real goal, though, is for Sunday emergencies never to happen. Our continuous monitoring and proactive maintenance are designed to catch and fix issues before your service ever starts. We also love to partner with a staff member or volunteer on-site, training them ahead of time on basic troubleshooting (like resetting your internet connection) and exactly how to reach our team quickly when something needs us.
