Rooted Managed IT Packages include:

  • All users included in your support package can contact Rooted for unlimited support requests. You can contact our support team via an app on your computer, or by phone or email during US working hours. Our support teams are located in Colorado Springs and the Bay Area.

  • We will fully support and manage all your company Mac and PC devices (both laptops and desktops), as well as mobile devices. We’ll also setup any new devices you have us purchase for you at no extra charge.

  • We continuously monitor your computers, servers and network devices to deal with security incidents and keep them running smoothly. Our monitoring includes: Uptime monitoring, incident response, Remotely managed OS patch installs

  • Ongoing monitoring and virus cleanup - we manage it so you don’t have to, ensuring viruses and malware are found and removed before they can cause harm. This is conducted with our included cloud based antivirus software.

  • We’ll support your printers and scanners remotely, (assuming they are capable of remote management), and we’ll help your team use them effectively. Support includes scan to email and user support.

  • Whether you are on Microsoft 365 for your email and files, or Google Business Apps, we’ve got you covered. We’ll manage user setup and security. And also includes is backup of all your user data to a 3rd party - using Acronis. So if you ever lose data in Microsoft or Google, we still have a backup for you. (All included in your support package at no extra charge).

  • Our service includes VM and Physical Server backup of software. Depending on your package we may also include your data costs. We use Acronis to backup safely to the cloud, so if your systems ever fail, your data is safe and easily recoverable.

  • We keep your Wi-Fi, network and internet connectivity humming along, secure and patched, so you can keep on working effectively.

  • Have more passwords than you can possible remember? Confused by Multi-factor authentication? We can help with that. We partner with LastPass to provide a secure password management tool for you - included in our best packages, or available as an add on. We’ll not just set it up, but also train your team how to use it!
